Rhode Island Firearm Owners' League (RIFOL) is a non-profit corporation and is a non-partisan,
grassroots organization. RIFOL was formed to provide a consistent and unified voice, dedicated to
defending the Second Amendment to the U.S Bill of Rights, and advancing the rights of law-abiding
Rhode Island citizens to own and use firearms for all legal activities, including self-defense,
competition, hunting, and recreational shooting.
To preserve the right of Rhode Island firearm owners as guranteed by the United States Constitution
and Article 1, Section 22 of the Constitution of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations,
through education, litigation, and legislation.
