Cookie, as of now nothing has passed, but it is possible they could bring it back if they decided to vote on the budget. However, the tumor is that they won't be doing it and my guess is the progressives are really pissed off right now and hopefully they have pissed of the legislators so much they don't want to deal with it either..

Thanks for the interpretation ... I was really hoping to be able to have my suppressor with me when I move up there next month ... but other than that, I am perfectly happy with them all having a collective tantrum and calling it a season without screwing anything (other than no warrants needed to look at prescriptions  ) up!

I'm still confused. I saw them vote on some changes on Cap TV. Did they vote on this bill at all ?

Yes, and it passed. It needs to go back to the house though since the bills are not the same.

That was how I understood it as well ... but ... if the Senate really wanted to pass it, they could vote on the original bill that the House passed and put that one through, right? I hope that either the Senate is busy with their own tantrum, or that they were really invested in their amendments ...

The guy on PRO radio was talking about starting #JustStayHome as a message for the legislature ... I think that might actually make me open a twitter account...

I think that was the tea party since I got a similar email.

Watching the news & they covered how they came to terms on the state budget. The end of the story is what was a little unsettling because it was said that they intend to meet next week to continue voting on bills that were put off because of the budget proposal. I really hope this bill isn't one they continue to review

I saw that to and we need to remain vigilant.

Everything they passed before the budget issue will be up again. I have a feeling we're getting that DV bill shoved right down our gobs...
