Well I been reloading and experimenting got the Lee Perfect Powder measure and the Frankford Arsenal Powder Trickler last week, works good and has dramatically decreased my reloading time. Posted my best group from today.

Take a look at Primary Arms Scopes. I have 2 of them and the glass is very nice and they are in your price range. They also have unique ranging reticles.
