I've considered it, but still have a boatload of surplus that I bought when it was cheap.

Starline makes the brass and there are a couple sources for 85gr heads. It's been a while since I looked, and I'm sure that not much is available under current market conditions. Good luck!

The bullets and brass actually aren't the problem. Its dies. Lee and RCBS make dies for it. The Lee dies are $30 and some people say that they don't seat the bullet 100% straight all the time, and the RCBS dies are $250 and are meant to make 7.62x25 from .223. Anyone know if those dies would work on regular 7.62x25, and if the Lee dies would work in an RCBS press?

Lee dies will work in RCBS press.
I would not be concerned as to how straight the lees seat in a 762x25 round

Ah yes, Tokarev fun...

As suggested by someone experienced in reloading this round from another forum:

Anyone's sizing die
Lyman M-type expander (particularly if you are using lead bullets)
Hornady 30 LUGAR seating die (works great on 7.62x25 too).
Lee Factory Crimp Die

Would you really take the advise from someone that can't spell Luger?

I have Lee dies and loaded a few hundred rounds a long time ago for a friend. I don't remember any trouble at all with the Lee dies. I didn't have the FCD.

I'll check around and cross-reference.
